In December, the Township Planning Board adopted a revised resolution granting preliminary and final site plan and subdivision approvals, along with variances, to developer Delco Development LLC. Operating as HP Commercial Mount Laurel LLC, Delco is also behind the neighboring apartment complex. The project, located near McDonald’s and adjacent to the ShopRite plaza, was initially approved at the board’s September meeting. The board waived a township restriction requiring developers to preserve 20% of forested areas from disturbance.
